Why am I asking this question?
This online programme is in no way a substitute for working one-to-one with a therapist. Instead, it provides a space for personal development and exploration. Sometimes, difficult feelings and emotions come up for people when they are engaged in writing. Upon registration, each course participant must take responsibility for their own well-being during the course and seek appropriate support in their local area, should they feel at any time that this is necessary. If you have any doubts about exploring your feelings and emotions through writing, please let me know before the start of the course so that I can advise you about whether I think that it is the right time for you to do this kind of personal development work.
